Introducing Eminence Wines Cute Brut - a silly name for a lovely wine

The flavour profile of this wine is one of elegance and restraint. Distinctly not fruity, this one is light, intricate and fairly savory. Aroma's of a wild country garden - dried lavender & grass, orange blossom and pomegranate. The blush colour comes from a 2% red pinot noir addition and you can see this in the palate with a white strawberry note, alongside some yeast influence (dough & scotch finger type flavours) and an interesting crystalline pithy/lemon aspect from the chardonnay.

In short, this is this is a super dry, savoury style traditional method sparkling that has a lovely lightness to it.

To be eligible, the following conditions apply:

• Wine must be packaged together with flowers.
• One bottle per day
• The value of the wine must not be more than 50 per cent of the flowers sale price
• Both the purchaser and recipient of the flowers must be 18 years or over.
