Delivery Policy
Delivery Days and Times
Deliveries are made on Wednesday to Saturday and by pre arranged appointment on other days of the week.
Cut off times for orders is 7pm the prior day.
On the day deliveries can be made by appointment.
Any orders received after the 7.00pm cut off will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
Orders are generally delivered between 8.00am and 3.00pm but this is subject to change at the discretion of Ardrie Park Floral Studio.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
For non-delivery of goods, please notify us by email as soon as possible at orders@ardrieparkfloralstudio.com
Curbside collections at Ardrie Park Floral Studio in Malvern East, (Stonnington Council), Victoria available by prior arrangement.
Delivery Locations
Ardrie Park Floral Studio will deliver orders to all suburbs of Melbourne predominantly the inner East, inner South East, East and South East of Melbourne.
Please speak to us about greater Melbourne and regional Victoria as well as interstate as Ardrie Park Floral Studio has a reputable network of florists who are able to assist.
If your Order includes a delivery location which is outside of the Delivery Areas, then, at our discretion you will be contacted to arrange pick up of your Order from our studio by appointment; or your Order will be refunded less an administrative cost of $15.
Delivery can be made to all residential and commercial buildings. If we are provided with an incorrect delivery address, you will be charged a $20 fee for re-delivery.
Residential Address
Orders will be left at the address if no one is home. We will do our best to place the Order in a discreet and safe location. We will take a photo of the delivery location and send to the recipient and/or purchaser. If there is no suitable location to leave the Order, you will be charged a $20 fee for re-delivery.
Secure Apartments
If delivery is being made to a secure apartment building, Ardrie Park floral studio will contact the customer and if there is no answer a $20 fee for re-delivery will be payable or the customer can collect the order curbside from the Ardrie Park floral studio at an agreed time.
Commercial Premises
We will deliver the Order to reception if the recipient is unavailable.
Special considerations : Sending and receiving LIQUOR
Regulation of Victoria’s licensing, sale and supply of liquor. The Victorian government aims to minimise harm by ensuring Victorian organisations and entities comply with the laws of Victoria.
Ardrie Park Floral Studio will only include liquor with an order when the following criteria are met:
- liquor must be packaged together with flowers
- the volume of liquor supplied to a person must not exceed 1.5 litres per day
- the value of the liquor and its container must not be more than 50 per cent of the sale price of the Flowers
- both the purchaser and recipient of the flowers with a liquor add on, must be 18 years or over.
Our commitment to you
Ardrie Park Floral Studio will make every effort to ensure your order is fulfilled to meet your expectations. We will take a photo of your order prior to leaving the studio and will send to you to confirm quality of arrangement. Ardrie Park Floral Studio will not accept any liability for loss or damage after delivery.
